For 13 of those years, Dr. Goluboff functioned as the Director of Urology of The Allen Hospital, one of five medical centers under the New York-Presbyterian banner. In this function, Dr. Erik Goluboff created the entire section from the ground up and assembled a medical practice that served 11,000 outpatients and conducted 700 surgeries per year. In this growth period, he recruited specialists for the urodynamics suite along with the erectile dysfunction discipline while developing a well-regarded residency program.
At present, Dr. Erik Goluboff conducts his medical practice as an Attending Physician in the Department of Urology at the Beth Israel Medical Center, also found in New York City. Dr. Goluboff assumes added responsibilities as the Physician-in-Charge of Urologic Oncology and cares for those with cancers of the prostate, kidney, bladder, and other organs. Dr. Goluboff received acknowledgement from the Consumers' Research Council of America as one of America's Top Surgeons in 2012; the same group acknowledged him as a Top Urologist in 2009.
Besides his medical practice, Dr. Erik Goluboff continues to instruct medical students and residents as the Professor of Clinical Urology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University. Dr. Goluboff's work garnered him a 2012 Teacher of the Year award from the school.

A native of New York City, Dr. Erik Goluboff attended Columbia College as an undergraduate and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where he acquired his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). He's board certified in urology and experienced in urologic oncology urologic surgery, and robotic operation.
