Indigenous New Yorker Dr. Erik Goluboff is an Attending Physician in the Department of Urology at Beth Israel Medical Center and Professor of Clinical Urology at Yeshiva University's Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In 1996, he became an educator in the institution, first as Assistant Professor, with progress to full Professor in 2007.

Besides his job as a teacher at Columbia-Presbyterian, Dr. Erik Goluboff became Assistant Attending in the Department of Urology, and starting in 1998 was Director of Urology at the Allen Pavilion. As Manager of Urology, he helped add urology services to the Allen Pavilion, surgical services to 700 per year, and building urology outpatient visits from zero to 11,000 per year. Dr. Erik Goluboff also recruited to the Allen Pavilion both a specialist in urodynamics and an expert in erectile dysfunction to raise the services the Section offered.

In 2011 Dr. Goluboff moved to the Department of Urology at Beth Israel Medical Center. As Attending Physician, Dr. Goluboff focuses on urologic oncology and the constantly progressing area of robotic surgery for urology. He focuses his teaching on diagnosing and treating urologic cancers, both surgically and non- surgically.

Dr. Erik Goluboff has been recognized for both his teaching and his skills as a doctor. Most recently, Dr. Erik Goluboff received the 2012 Teacher of the Year Award from Beth Israel Medical Center. He has additionally been listed among America's Top Urologists (2009-2012) and Top Surgeons (2012) by the Consumers' Research Council of America, and received a Patient's Choice Award from a Compassionate Doctor Award and 2009 to 2011 for 2011.
