5: 30 - Depart from your hotel in Hanoi for Hai Phong City then take express boat to Cat Ba Island; arrive in Cat Ba Island at about 10: 00am. We will have lunch in a local house in Viet Hai village. After lunch we walk to Viet Hai Quay to get a short paddling on Lan Ha Bay to a beach where we are going to camp to get a night. Day 3: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Whole Day Kayaking on Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Whole day paddling and studying the Bay at your own pace, while having a closer look with the amazing karsts. Dinner and overnight with the campsite. Overnight on Cat Ba Island. The crew from support boat will cook our dinner and ensure we have a very comfortable night. You'll be met with a support boat which you may board to enjoy lunch before you decide to continue paddling in the afternoon. Day 2: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Trek Cat Ba National Park - Camping on beach (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel before you take a beautiful bus ride across the coast to reach Cat Ba National Park. Cruise back for the base camp for lunch. Cruise returning to Cat Ba Island, ferry to Hai Phong then drive to Hanoi; arrive about 7: 30pm. Note:
The camping could be on the deserted beach with double tent or at ready-set-up basecamp (also on beach) with bamboo hut depending for the weather condition and availability. Return towards the base camp for lunch where you can relax on the beach, throw around the Frisbee and take a swim. That makes our itinerary distinctive from those organized by other tour operators who exclusively use the kayaking packages made available from the overnight junks. Our base camp is staffed by friendly locals who'll cook you up a hardy breakfast when you head out for the morning to educate yourself regarding more of the amazing karst limestone formations and grottos. You'll explore some of the many caves contributing to stunning lagoons, paddle for some floating villages to determine this unique lifestyle, and prevent to chill out at one of the many beaches here. We use private support boat when paddling to educate yourself regarding hidden and untouristy corners of Halong Bay. Our trips are prepared for true and different kayaking experience in Halong Bay.
