The limestone in this bay adjusted through 500 million years of formation in numerous conditions and environments. The core in the bay comes with an area of 334 km2 with a high density of 775 islets. It's not the cliffs themselves that will make Ha Long Bay unique, but instead their sheer number. Ha Long Bay can be a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with a popular travel destination, located in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. The evolution of the karsts with this bay has taken 20 million years within the impact in the tropical wet climate. A huge bay, dotted with nearly 2,000 mostly uninhabited limestone cliffs, the breathtaking scenery is very similar to that in the Andaman coast of Thailand, Vang Vieng in Laos and Guilin in China. The Bay comes with an area of around 1,553 km2, including 1,960 islets, most of which are limestone.

07h30 After having breakfast, we will keep cruising to discover more islands & beauties of Halong then going to the floating village for any short kayaking. After lunch, come back to Ha Noi and arrive in Ha Noi at 16. Finally, you will probably be brought back to HalongRestaurant on Cruise harbour but over Bai Tu Long Bay where is one of the most spectacular bay with islands in various shapes to have a very look at Hon Gai market, Poet Island. 19h00 Enjoy dinner in a local restaurant to taste Vietnamese special seafood.
You may overnight on Cat Ba Island
A day at Cat Ba Island are able to do separately or even in combination having a visit to Halong Bay. This is an oasis where you can be gone for starters or for several days. Cat Ba Island is the largest island within the Cat Ba Archipelago that consists of 350 limestone outcrops next to Halong Bay. If you start from the Halong Bay Wharf, it will lead you four hours by boat, with stopovers for swimming, visiting spectacular karst and eating fresh seafood. You can contemplate the gorgeous scenery of Halong Bay before reaching this tropical isle.

7h00 Am : Pick up at hotel or we may pick up in the airport port. On our journey there are many opportunities to see ethnic minority people, all friendly and welcoming. Overnight in Ninh Binh. A few hour drive takes us to Xuan Mai before we set off on a half day cycling through the breathtaking mountainous region to Ninh Binh Town (70 km).
In this morning, If you like enjoying Ha Long Bay 's sunrise, please wake up early at 6h30 & incorporate some coffee on sundeck. From the peak with the mountain you will see the whole landscapes of Cat Ba Island. From here, our bus will take you to the National Park that's home to 32 several types of mammals and most 2000 type of flora. Take a short trek with the forest and climb up the Ngu Lam Mountain . Bath room On Heritage CruiseAfter having breakfast on board, about 07:30 – 08:18, you will probably be transferred in a smaller boat or tender to maintain cruising to Gia Luan Harbour on Cat Ba Island.
You may visit a floating village
The floating villages draw plenty of attention and are one in the highlights in the trip. If you ignore them in your cruise, don’t be blown away if the boat's on-board chef stops catba hotels to shop for fresh seafood in one. Some communities offer cost-effective home-stays to visitors, too. Locals are already living in these floating houses for many generations as fishing remains the villagers' main income.
