The legendary Halong Bay is truly one of Vietnam's most impressive ninh binh tours scenic sights.  This is the one night that Tet becomes a boisterous celebration; the rest of the time it’s a fairly quiet family affair.  Tet rites begin a week before New Year’s Day, and the first three days of the New Year are official holidays, but the event visitors will really want to experience is New Year’s Eve. In Vietnam, Tet ushers in the New Year and is by far the biggest day on the national calendar.

Heading away we drive towards Hue, that was once the feudal capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945. The winding road begins once we make our way up the spectacular Hai Van pass. Along the way we look at the China Beach and also the sensational Marble Mountains, whose peaks represent 5 elements from the universe. The impressive drive will deliver us to Hue by early afternoon. On arrival in Lang Co, we make a break by the beach for any leisurely swim.

With lunch finished there will time for the short siesta or stroll down for the river before starting a 3 hour walk towards the village of Xo (pronounced Soh). This evening following dinner, we're going to have the opportunity for further cultural interaction, before retiringVan Village Mai Chau for our second night inside a stilt house. After having breakfast at hotel, you will be moved to Da Nang airport for a brief morning flight to Ho Chi Minh. This mansion was the former residence in the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975.
