Can Cau is often a rural ethnic market, simply setup on the open ground at the side of a mountain, looking down a picturesque valley about 20 km north of Bac Ha. It is every Saturday morning when a huge tour to catba selection of ethnic peoples mainly Flower H’mong gather to trade their farming products and buying necessities. There are plenty to find out in this tranquil and delightful town, several of which include the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tamky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda along with the vibrant market. Now the ruins of My Son is well preserved by UNESCO as World Culture Heritage. We will make our way to Hoi An which was originally a Cham seaport but may be influenced down centuries with a myriad of traders from various cultures.
