Day 1: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Hanoi - Hai Phong - Cat Ba Island (L/D)
5: 30 - Depart from a hotel in Hanoi for Hai Phong City then take express boat to Cat Ba Island; arrive in Cat Ba Island at about 10: 00am. Short break at Frog Lake. Overnight on Cat Ba Island. Today we'll have a long trek across dense jungle to reach the peaceful village of Viet Hai. Transfer throughout the island for the dock and board a smaller boat to Cruise to your private base camp. The crew from support boat will cook our dinner and make sure we possess a comfortable night. We will have lunch in a very local house in Viet Hai village. Dinner and overnight on the campsite. Day 3: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Whole Day Kayaking on Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Whole day paddling and studying the Bay your own pace, while wearing a closer look with the amazing karsts. You'll be met by the support boat that you can board to enjoy lunch before you continue paddling inside afternoon. Cruise back for the base camp for lunch. After lunch we walk to Viet Hai Quay for any short paddling on Lan Ha Bay to some beach where we're going to camp for the night. Breakfast at hotel before you take a beautiful bus ride along the coast to arrive at Cat Ba National Park. Day 4: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Bay Kayaking - Cat Ba Island - Hai Phong - Hanoi (B/L)
Our base camp is staffed by friendly locals who'll cook you up a hardy breakfast prior to deciding to head out for that morning to discover more of the amazing karst limestone formations and grottos. Enjoy another relaxing night on the base camp. Return on the base camp for lunch where you can take it easy on the beach, throw around the Frisbee and have a swim. Cruise returning to Cat Ba Island, ferry to Hai Phong then drive to Hanoi; arrive about 7: 30pm. That makes our itinerary different from those organized by other tour operators who only use the kayaking packages available from the overnight junks. Note:
