Day 1: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Hanoi - Hai Phong - Cat Ba Island (L/D)
5: 30 - Depart from a hotel in Hanoi for Hai Phong City then take express boat to Cat Ba Island; arrive in Cat Ba Island at about 10: 00am. Day 2: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Trek Cat Ba National Park - Camping on beach (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel before taking a beautiful bus ride over the coast to arrive at Cat Ba National Park. Short break at Frog Lake. We will have lunch inside a local house in Viet Hai village. Overnight on Cat Ba Island. You'll enjoy a lunch of savory fresh local seafoods and spend the remainder of the day to research the town or enjoy Cat Co beaches. Transfer across the island to the dock and board a smaller boat to Cruise to the private base camp. After lunch we walk to Viet Hai Quay for a short paddling on Lan Ha Bay with a beach where we're going to camp for any night. Dinner and overnight in the campsite. Day 3: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Whole Day Kayaking on Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Whole day paddling and going through the Bay for your own pace, while wearing a closer look on the amazing karsts. You'll be met with a support boat which you may board to savor lunch when you continue paddling inside the afternoon. You'll explore a few of the many caves that lead to stunning lagoons, paddle for some floating villages to view this unique way of life, preventing to chill out at among the many beaches here. Today we are going to have a long trek across dense jungle to arrive at the peaceful village of Viet Hai. Return for the base camp for lunch where you can enjoy the beach, throw throughout the Frisbee and please take a swim. Enjoy another relaxing night at the base camp. Cruise back to Cat Ba Island, ferry to Hai Phong then drive to Hanoi; arrive about 7: 30pm. We use private support boat when paddling to educate yourself regarding hidden and untouristy corners of Halong Bay. Note:
The camping may be on the deserted beach with double tent or at ready-set-up basecamp (also on beach) with bamboo hut depending for the weather condition and availability. Cruise back to the base camp for supper. Day 4: CAT BA NATIONAL PARK TREKKING TOUR: Bay Kayaking - Cat Ba Island - Hai Phong - Hanoi (B/L)
