The afternoon we board a hydrofoil to Hai Phong and drive time for Hanoi. Day 7: CATBA ISLAND - HAI PHONG - HANOI
After a shorter transfer takes us towards the national park of Cat Ba, we set off on a half-day exploring Vietnam's unique offshore park.
The boat goes another way - through amazing islets amid dramatic natural scenery, take photos of Fighting Cock Islet, Cho Da Islet, Dinh Lu Huong Islet, FishingVillage… Then bus takesyou to Gia Luan pier and get on boat to HalongBay. 7:30 AM: Have a breakfast, read the room, the boat will transfer one to Cat ba town, and you have a half-hour to discover the small capital of scotland- Catba island.
Leave Ha Noi at 8:15 am for Ha Long City by the modern bus. There will be plenty of time for swimming and sunbathing (If weather permitted) following the boat anchors in a clean calm sea.
Then transfer to Hoian. Day 9: HUE - DANANG - HOIAN
Hoi AnAfter breakfast at hotel, transfer to check out Tu Duc Royal Mausoleum. Visit to Cham Museum & Marble Mountains using its beautiful grottoes and temples before arriving in Hoian. The scenic 4-hour drive via Hai Van Pass offers spectacular views of mountains, the sea, idyllic beaches and villages (we are able to choose the shorter way by driving from the tunnel).
