This charming town is placed around a lake and in the middle of forests, waterfalls and rolling countryside. Day 5: HOCHIMINH - DALAT SIGHTSEEING VACATION
The journey northwards begins even as we depart Ho Chi Minh and move through the many tea and coffee plantations for the hill station of Da Lat, sometimes known because "City of Eternal Spring". Once arriving in Da Lat we are able to soak up the cool climate as much even as want by spending our time to wander around and catch our first glimpse of the town. The drive is long but views are excellent all on the way. The influence in the French is clear in local culture and architecture since Da Lat was founded being a hill retreat for the colonials to flee the oppressive heat in the coastal plains and the chaos of Saigon.
We drive past many lively streets on our way for the Reunification Palace. On arrival you are met by our guide and utilized in hotel. Day 8: HOI AN – DA NANG – HO CHI MINH CITY (B/-/-)
After having breakfast at hotel, you will be moved to Da Nang airport for a quick morning flight to Ho Chi Minh. Close on the palace are a few striking French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral as well as the Old Sai Gon Post Office. This mansion was the former residence from the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975. The final stop is Ben Thanh Market where anything and everything is on the market! An afternoon will acquaints us with many major sights of Ho Chi Minh. We follow these which has a visit for the Jade Emperor Pagoda as well as the War remnant exhibit.
