Day 5: SAPA - BAC HA MARKET - BACK TO HANOI BY TRAIN
We continue venturing into northern Vietnam while using next stop being Bac Ha Market, this attracts a multitude of ethnic minority groups like the Variegated Hmong, Dao, Phu La, La Chi, Tay. Transfer to Lao Cai Railways Station for overnight train time for Hanoi. The experience of this congregation is colorful and unique. Afternoon, try a boat trip down stream Chay River and take visit to villages down the river, discover the people life.

It is every Saturday morning when countless ethnic peoples mainly Flower H’mong gather to market their farming products and buy necessities. Option 2: Coc Ly Market on Tuesday
About 35km from Bac Ha, Coc Ly Market can be a colorful Tuesday market in a mountainous area where ethnic people gather to buy and sell goods, dine and drink, or maybe wander to take pleasure from the ambience with the montagnard market through the Chay River.
The roads are bumpy sometimes but various scenic landscapes changing in the delta area on the Tonkinese Alps - where Montagnard hill tribes have lived since way back when will create an interesting journey. At a height of 1,500 meters, Sa Pa was once a hill resort of French administrators if the summer heat became unbearable. An early morning start to drive across the Red River to Sa Pa.
