Ha Long Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with a popular travel destination, situated in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. The limestone on this bay moved through 500 million years of formation in various conditions and environments. A huge bay, dotted with nearly 2,000 mostly uninhabited limestone cliffs, the breathtaking surroundings are very similar to that with the Andaman coast of Thailand, Vang Vieng in Laos and Guilin in China.
