Day 3: Red River Delta Cycling tours: Ninh Binh - Hai Phong - Halong (B,L,D) ( 70km )
An morning hours start to pedal with the rich farming land with the Red River Delta to Hai Phong. We continue our journey to Ha Long Bay (70 km) by minbus . Views of sailing junks navigating past over 3,000 limestone islands and out crops jutting beyond the clear and emerald water from the bay are nothing short of spectacular. The journey is long but road conditions ameliorated allows you have more time at every stops. Today can be a long day visit farmers in the office and local homes. Heading from Ninh Binh Town we embark on the boat trip in Trang An, passing from the picturesque landscape of rice fields flanked by limestone formations with magnificent caves. The afternoon we pedal south to check out Phat Diem church complex (40 km). Overnight in Ninh Binh.
