After a morning's exploring we go back to Van village for lunch. This evening following dinner, we are going to have the opportunity for further cultural interaction, before retiringVan Village Mai Chau for second night inside a stilt house. After breakfast we spend the morning strolling round the surrounding villages and meeting villagers down the way. With lunch finished there'll time to get a short siesta or stroll down to the river before starting your 3 hour walk for the village of Xo (pronounced Soh).

Arrive in Can Tho, town located on Mekong Delta bank. After lunch at the local restaurant, go to Can Tho . This plain region boasts the greatest rice bowl of Vietnam. The exciting river trip will overlook the lush green vegetation on the famous Unicorn Island where you will find there's chance to stroll around an orchard, taste many seasonal fruits and discover farmers at work.
Overnight in Cuc Phuong national park. Lunch break in Mai Chau, afternoon we will get transfer to Lac Son, and we're going to then cycle 40 km to Cuc Phuong National Park. Breakfast and ride about 20 km small trails around Thai and Muong villages.
